Can I use the photos on these site for free?

Your use of our site constitutes agreement to all our terms and conditions, which include the following agreement for usage of our royalty-free photos :

ANY PHOTOS DOWNLOADED FROM OUR SITE AND USED ELSEWHERE MUST INCLUDE A NOTICE UNDER THE PHOTO which says "compliments of MyEPhoto.com" or "used with permission of MyEPhoto.com."  Failure to post this notice is a violation of our property rights and will subject you to possible legal action.

Restrictions

Our standard license allows those who download a photo or illustration to use it for commercial purposes except for the resale or free distribution of said photo or illustration to others.  You may not place any of our photos, including those given away free, within any other type of website, program or method which offers the photos to others for use, including electronic templates given away or for sale.  You also may not use the photo in any way in which the photo is the major component of any product for sale such as prints, posters, calendars, mugs, mouse pads, T-shirts, stationery items, etc.  The photo of illustration may not be used in any logo or trademark.

Photos or illustrations also may not be used in any pornographic, obscene or libelous works.  Products with a human model included may not be used in any way that presents the model as personally endorsing something or that gives the impression the model has a preference in, supports, or participates in substance abuse, criminal behavior, sexual activity, or other sensitive areas.

Allowed Uses (with no limit on the amount of impressions)

Online websites for the purpose of enhancing, explaining or improving website content or look.
Online websites in the promotion of websites, products, services, events, companies, etc.
Advertisements or promotions in newspapers, magazines, and on websites.
Printed promotional products like brochures, product packaging, etc.
Books, magazines, CD's, DVD's, etc. (including covers)
Corporate and commercial video, film, motion pictures, movies or theatrical presentations
Editorial uses in printed or online magazines, newspapers, editorials, and newsletters
